FAQs

Soft enamel has recessed colors creating texture, while hard enamel has colors filled level with the metal lines and polished smooth for a flat, durable finish.
Die Struck means the design is created by stamping metal, resulting in raised and recessed areas using only the metal itself, typically without color fills.
While both involve shaping metal, 3D tie clips use a sculpted die to create much more significant depth, multiple surface levels, and a truly three-dimensional effect.
Yes, custom shapes are available for Soft Enamel, Hard Enamel, Die Struck, and 3D styles. Epoxy tie clips are limited to the specific shapes listed.
When you select the "Add Cufflinks" upgrade, you will receive one pair (two individual pieces) of cufflinks. These cufflinks will feature 1 inch size and the exact same custom design that you've selected and approved for your tie clip.
A common guideline is that the tie clip should be about 3/4 the width of your tie and placed between the 3rd and 4th buttons of your shirt. The size choice also depends on the complexity and desired visibility of your design.
Yes, metal tie clips are designed to be durable for regular use. Proper care will extend their lifespan.
They have a noticeable weight, signifying quality metal, but are not overly heavy to cause discomfort or drag on the tie. Weight depends on size and style.
